We are annexing further information regarding the steps taken due to Movement Control Order dated 16-3-2020 and Circular from the Chief Registrar’s office on 17-3-2020 for the period between 18^th March and  31^st March 2020:-

 

i.         Duty roster for criminal matters for respective courts in Perak  [remand proceedings and fresh criminal cases] ;

ii.        Directive from Land Office;

iii.      Case Management Dates from Ipoh Sessions Court Civil 1.

iv.       Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases [ Measures within the Infected Local Areas ] Regulations 2020.
