We refer to Bar Council’s Circular No. 241/2020  dated 30/7/2020 and Circular No 253/2020  dated 11/8/2020 in respect of the above matter.

The e-Appellate system was implemented at the Federal Court of Malaysia on 3 Aug 2020 and at the Court of Appeal on 17 Aug 2020.

Recently, Perak Bar has received a written complaint from a senior member on the implementation of the e-Appellate system. Our Bar Representative and Chairman wish to raise the complaint at the next council meeting scheduled on 19/9/2020 to attempt to resolve issues conclusively.

Therefore, members who have any complaints and/or views on the implementation of the system can officially write to Perak Bar on/or before 17/9/2020 at perakbar@gmail.com.
