Dear Members of the Perak Bar and Pupils in Chambers,
With the recently announced plan to decentralise YBGK training, whereby training is to be held at the State level and to be conducted by local trainers, we are currently compiling names of lawyers who would like to join the panel of trainers (training modules will be provided).
The requirements to join as a trainer are as follows :
Part 2 Training (Arrest, Remand, Bail, Mitigation)
– minimum 3 years of active criminal practice
Part 3 Training (Trials)
– minimum 7 years of active criminal practice
