Under the Continuing Professional Development (“CPD”) Scheme, you will earn one CPD point for attending the AGM.
Pursuant to section 70(1) of the Legal Profession Act 1976, the Annual General Meeting of a State Bar must be held within the month of February. In view of the COVID-19 pandemic and the restrictions/limitations which may be imposed by the authorities including possible extensions to the MCO, the Perak Bar Committee may consider for the AGM to be held virtually. Members will be duly notified.
