Dear Members of the Perak Bar,

Kindly take note that the Perak Bar Committee has recently received notification from LHDN, Perak that the counter staff at their offices will no longer be accepting applications to process stamping of documents via the DIGITAL FRANKING SYSTEM ( DFS ) from 1.3.2021 and that the DFS will be obsolete effective 30.6.2021.

It will be compulsory for members to use the STAMPS effective 1.3.2021 for purposes of stamping all security documents ie principal and subsidiary, agreements, contracts, tenancy/ lease agreements, transfer/ sale of immovable property/ business/ shares etc.

Members are advised to utilise the online STAMPS for stamping all relevant documentation including to effect payment of stamp duty effective 1.7.2021.Kindly proceed to register ( if not done previously) at https://stamps.hasil.gov.my
