Re : Request for Feedback on Civil Matters Conducted via Zoom at the Subordinate Courts, High Courts, and Appellate Courts

The Bar Council Court Liaison Committee (“CLC”) is in the midst of compiling issues relating to civil matters conducted via Zoom at the Subordinate Courts, the High Courts, and the Appellate Courts and hereby requests any feedback from Members of the Bar pertaining to the same.

We urge Members to provide feedback at this link, by 12:00 noon, on or before 10 Oct 2022 (Monday) so that we may collate the relevant issues and raise them with the Judiciary.
