RE: REQUEST FOR FEEDBACK ON ISSUES RELATING TO LEMBAGA PEMBIAYAAN PERUMAHAN SEKTOR AWAM (“LPPSA”)

We kindly refer to the above mentioned matter.

We are referring to Circular 293/2023 of the Bar Council. The Lembaga Pembiayaan Perumahan Sektor Awam (“LPPSA”) is the entity that the Bar Council Conveyancing Practise Committee (“CPC”) understands some Members engage with while drafting financing documentations and providing recommendations as well as subsequent advice for the release of the financing amount. We sincerely comprehend the challenges and complications faced by solicitors when dealing with LPPSA.

As a result, on or before 31st October 2023 (Tuesday), we invite our fellow Perak Bar Members to share their thoughts on any such matter by sending their answer here by 12:00 p.m. Your criticism must be concise, precise and specific. Your response is valued in this matter.
