To handle banking and debt recovery matters.
Qualifications and Requirements: –
1) LITIGATION LEGAL ASSISTANTS
The necessary qualifications with valid practicing certificate (if not a new practitioner) where the applicant must most importantly be a team player. At least 3 years working experience as a litigation legal assistant will be a great advantage. However, on the job training will be provided and work will be supervised for those who are newly called to the BAR and/or who have not previously handled banking and debt recovery litigation matters.
2) LITIGATION CLERKS
STPM or Diploma in relevant field. Qualifications not necessary if candidate has working experience as a litigation clerk. Need to be willing to learn fast, work hard and be a team player. Training will be provided.
