Kindly be informed that the Perak Bar Conveyancing Practice Committee (“CPC”) plans to organise meetings with representatives from the Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (Lembaga Hasil Dalam Negeri Malaysia, “LHDNM”) and the relevant State Land Office Registries, to discuss issues faced by Members of the Bar in dealing with these governmental bodies.  

In order to have meaningful and effective meetings, we invite Members to provide feedback on pertinent issues, including details of the transactions concerned.  

In view of the same, the Committee would like to invite any feedback/comments/ queries/complaints from our members pertaining to problems or issues arising from any dealings, communications or transactions with LHDN and the relevant State Land Office Registries.

Therefore, we invite our members to provide us with the relevant details of such complaints or issues to enable us to take the necessary action.

Please note that without specific details, it would be difficult for Conveyancing Practice Committee (“CPC”)  to take up the issues raised by Members, with the relevant parties.

Conveyancing Practice Committee (“CPC”)  will collate the responses received, in preparation for the meetings.
