To handle banking and LPPSA debt recovery cases which covers both civil and foreclosure matters together with bankruptcy proceedings. Candidates are needed for a contracted minimum period of SIX MONTHS while a team member is on maternity leave. However, this period of employment can be extended upon the mutual agreement of both parties.

4. CLERKS
Job Descriptiion:
To assist in the respective litigation and conveyancing departments

Qualifications and Requirements: Qualification for Legal Assisstants:
The necessary qualifications with valid practicing certificate (if not a new practitioner) where the applicant must most importantly have the right attitude, be a team player and want to learn more pertaining to all the work handled by our firm. Experience is not necessary as on the job training will be provided and work will be supervised for those who are newly called to the BAR.

Qualifications for Experienced Litigation Clerks:
Minimum 5 years experience and must be able to handle the above described litigation proceedings independently. Must have STPM or Diploma qualifications.

Qualifications for Clerks:
Minimum STPM or Diploma in relevant field. Qualifications not necessary if candidate has working experience as a litigation and/or conveyancing clerk.
