If any member had prepared  the ‘LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT’ of  the abovementioned  deceased in between the years of  2017 – 2020, you may contact  Mr. Ong Chong Lim at 012-310 3300 / 012-398 5995.

We hereby enclose a copy of the deceased’s Death Certificate for your attention.
