Re : CAR BADGES AND STICKERS

This is to inform members that the Perak Bar Committee has secured a limited number of car badges & stickers for sale to members at the rates stated below :

(a)    Car Badge                  –   RM150.00 (each)
(b)    Moulded Car Badge   –   RM200.00 (each)
(c)    Car Sticker                 –   RM5.00    (each)

In order to purchase the badges, members are to follow the Terms and Conditions set out below :

(i)    Strictly for Members of the Malaysian Bar with valid Practising Certificates.
(ii)   A photocopy of the member’s car insurance or car registration card to be produced when purchasing.
(iii)  Each member is entitled to buy ONLY one car badge (regular or pewter-moulded) and one car sticker.  
(iv)  A member may authorize in writing, a third party to collect the purchased car badge / sticker on his / her behalf.
 
Kindly note that in the event that stocks run out, any member desiring to purchase the car badge or sticker can provide their names to the Secretariat and we shall procure more (subject to availability) from the Bar Council secretariat and thereupon inform once the next batch is ready for collection.
