We hope this message finds you well. I would like to inform you of the latest changes regarding our upcoming Big 5 Hangout event.

Please note the following changes in bold:
1. The event is still going on as planned.
2. Those who had paid earlier will be refunded.
3. The event will now be on a “GO DUTCH” basis (“each person pays on their own basis”).

We kindly request all interested members to register so we can reserve a spot for you. Your prompt registration will help us ensure adequate seating and arrangements for everyone.
