RE : SELANGOR BAR LAW CONFERENCE 2024 ON 6th – 7th SEPTEMBER 2024 (FRIDAY-SATURDAY) 

With reference to the above matter. 

Kindly be informed that the Selangor Bar Committee is organising the Selangor Bar Law Conference 2024 (“Conference”).

The Conference is scheduled as follows :

Date    : 6th & 7th September 2024 (Friday & Saturday)
Time    : 9.00 a.m to 6.00 p.m
Venue  : Glenmarie Hotel & Resort, Shah Alam

The Perak Bar Committee has agreed to sponsor a selected number of Members of the Bar and  “Pupils in Chambers” to attend this Conference. Priority will be given to Young Lawyers below 5 years in practice. The sponsorship is for the registration fee only and will not cover accommodation and travel. *For members’ information, registration fee consists of RM 650.00 for Members, RM 550.00 for Members 3 years or less in practice and RM 550.00 for Pupils.

Please TAKE NOTE that successful applicants will be required to prepare a short report in respect of the said Conference. The said report will be published at the Perak Bar website / Perak Bar Facebook. Selected participants will also be required to attend the entire full two days of the conference, failing of which participants will be requested to refund the said registration fees sponsored by Perak Bar.
