Kindly be informed that the Kedah Bar Committee is organizing a webinar on “Collaborative Practice – Lawyers as Peacemakers” on 12 Sept 2024 (Thursday).

This webinar aims to introduce the Collaborative Practice to those who see the utility of working together and possibly to avoid negative outcomes seen in litigation to lives, families, and finances with a better, less conflict-driven way to help those in need, especially in family disputes, custody battles, inheritance and probate conflicts and even employment disputes.
