RE : JUNIOR FAMILY LAW CONFERENCE 2024 [4 – 5 OCTOBER 2024]

Kindly be informed that the Bar Council Family Law Committee is hosting the Junior Family Law Conference 2024, a must-attend event for junior lawyers and legal professionals aiming to advance their expertise in family law. This conference offers invaluable insights, practical strategies, and actionable advice to enhance your practice in this field. Below are the details of the conference:

Date  : 4-5 Oct 2024, Friday and Saturday

Time : 8.30 am – 4.00 pm

Venue : Raja Aziz Addruse Auditorium Level 2, Wisma Badan Peguam Malaysia 2 Leboh Pasar Besar 50050 Kuala Lumpur. 

The Perak Bar Committee has agreed to sponsor a selected number of Members of the Bar and “Pupils in Chambers” to attend this ATC. Priority will be given to Young Lawyers below 5 years in practice. The sponsorship is for the registration fee only and will not cover accommodation and travel.

Please TAKE NOTE that successful applicants will be required to prepare a short report in respect of the said conference. The said report will be published at the Perak Bar website / Perak Bar Facebook. Selected participants will also be required to attend the entire full two days of the trainings, failing of which participants will be requested to refund the said registration fees sponsored by Perak Bar.
