RE : REQUEST FOR FEEDBACK ON ISSUES RELATING TO CIVIL LAW PRACTICE IN IPOH HIGH COURTS

We refer to the above matter.

The Perak Bar Committee will be making a courtesy call on the High Court Judges and Officers on 30^th April 2025.

We would like to seek for any feedback from members on any difficulties faced in Ipoh High Courts with regards to Civil Law Practice in order to be able to raise these issues during the meeting and hopefully arrive at a amenable solution which will be acceptable to all parties.
