Please find attached Bar Council Circular No. 141/2025 for the upcoming webinar, entitled ” CPD Live | Discrimination and Workplace Harassment which will be held on 14^th May 2025 via webinar.

This webinar provides an essential overview of harassment and discrimination in the workplace, aiming to foster a safe, respectful and legally compliant work environment. It covers what constitutes workplace harassment and discrimination, including examples of inappropriate behaviour.

The webinar will also outline the key protections provided by the law, clarifying the rights and responsibilities of both employees and employers. It also explores practical strategies that employers can implement to prevent, address and respond to incidents effectively from creating clear policies, providing training, to ensuring safe reporting mechanisms and promoting a culture of accountability.
