This seminar will provide an overview of the digitalisation process for the Sale & Purchase Agreement under the Housing Integrated Management System (HIMS). It is designed to enhance understanding of:

Registration of e-SPA

Digital signing and digital certificate setup

e-Stamping payment process

Members who are predominantly engaged in developers’ work are strongly encouraged to attend. The insights shared will be essential for ensuring compliance with these new digital processes and understanding their implications on housing transactions.
