INVITATION TO ATTEND NATIONAL LEGAL AID FOUNDATION (NLAF) / YAYASAN BANTUAN GUAMAN KEBANGSAAN (YBGK) TRAINING

The National Legal Aid Foundation (NLAF) / Yayasan Bantuan Guaman Kebangsaan (YBGK) operates a comprehensive scheme that funds lawyers to carry out legal aid work in criminal matters. We are pleased to invite eligible lawyers to attend Part Three of the YBGK training.

🔹 Eligibility

Lawyers must have completed Parts One and Two of the YBGK training and passed the assessment.

🔹 Training Content

Module: Criminal Defence & Appellate Advocacy

CPD Code: To be provided later

Fee: Free of charge

Commitment: All participants are required to undertake a minimum amount of YBGK work after the training.

🔹 Registration

Seats Available: 20 only

Basis: First come, first served

Closing Date: Friday, 17 October 2025 at 12.00 p.m.
