RE: PARKING ARRANGEMENTS FOR THE PERAK BAR LAW CONFERENCE 2025 @ 11^th OCTOBER 2025 (SATURDAY)

We look forward to welcoming you to the Perak Bar Law Conference 2025, which will be held this Saturday, 11^th October 2025, at D’Kelly Hotel, Ipoh.

Please be informed that parking spaces at D’Kelly Hotel are very limited (approximately 70 lots) and are available on a first-come, first-served basis.

To alleviate parking constraints, we have secured additional parking at an outsourced parking area near Messrs H.L. Lee & Co.’s office at No. 7A & 7B, Susuran Sultan Azlan Shah, Wisma Tigerlane, 31400 Ipoh, Perak. A shuttle service will be provided from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. (to the hotel) and from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (return trip). Members are advised to plan their arrival and departure times accordingly.

However, the use of parking area should be limited to the open car park located beside the shop building only, and not the parking bays in front of the shop building. We also request that all users maintain cleanliness of the parking area and the use shall be at their own risk at all material times.

We strongly encourage members to carpool or use e-hailing services (such as Grab) to avoid inconvenience and ensure smoother traffic flow on the event day.
