RE : INVITATION TO BRIEFING SESSION ON NEW RULING FOR PERAK CONTROLLED HOUSING TRANSFER (KPMRKP)

We refer to the official notification from the Lembaga Perumahan dan Hartanah Perak (LPHP) regarding the implementation of new policy improvements (“New Ruling”) concerning the Transfer Consent for Controlled Housing (Rumah Kawalan Perak – KPMRKP).

LPHP will be organising a briefing session to clarify the new guidelines and policy enhancements before they are officially enforced. It is essential for members to attend to ensure compliance with the upcoming changes in conveyancing practice.

• Date: 9 February 2026 (Monday)
• Time:00 PM – 6.00 PM
• Venue: MH Grand Ballroom (Level 5), MH Hotel Ipoh
• Fee: RM 50.00 per participant

Strict Quota & Registration Limits Members are advised to take note of the strict attendance limits set by LPHP:

1. Total Participation Limit: The session is strictly limited to 120 participants
2. Firm Quota: Each legal firm is permitted to register a maximum of two (2) participants.
3. Seat Availability Check: Due to the limited seats, members are strongly advised to contact Puan Farah Rasyida at 05-5265588 to confirm seat vacancy before making any payment.

Registration Deadline All registrations must be submitted by 30 January 2026 (Friday) before 12.00 PM.
