RE: CIRCULAR REGARDING PHOTOGRAPHY AT THE IPOH HIGH COURT AND HIGH TEA WITH THE RIGHT HONOURABLE CHIEF JUSTICE OF MALAYSIA ON 12.2.2026

We refer to the above matter and to our circular dated 29 January 2026 and 3 February 2026. We wish to provide an update on the said event.

We are pleased to inform Members that the Official Photography Session with the Right Honourable Chief Justice of Malaysia, Y.A.A. Dato Seri Utama Wan Ahmad Farid bin Wan Salleh, and the Federal Court Judge, Y.A. Dato’ Nordin bin Hassan, Managing Judge for the State of Perak, will be held as follows:

Date   : 12 February 2026
Time  : 11.00 a.m.
Venue  : High Court, Ipoh
Attire   : Chamber Attire

This photography session is open exclusively to Members of the Perak Bar and will include the Right Honourable Chief Justice of Malaysia, the Honourable Managing Judge, the Justices of the High Court of Ipoh, as well as other judicial officers of the Courts in Ipoh.

Members who wish to attend are kindly requested to notify the Secretariat by telephone or email, providing their names, to enable us to ascertain the number of attendees. Members who have already registered are not required to register again. Members who are unable to attend are requested to inform the Secretariat accordingly.

Members attending are requested to be present at the High Court lobby by 10.40 a.m. Kindly note that spaces are limited and attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to prior registration.

Teh Tarik Session with the Right Honourable Chief Justice of Malaysia

Further, at 4.00 p.m. on the same day, the Perak Bar will be hosting a high tea session for the Right Honourable Chief Justice of Malaysia at the Royal Ipoh Club. Members are invited to attend accordingly. Kindly also note that spaces are limited and attendance is on a first-come, first-served basis.
