RE: UPDATE ON OFFICIAL PHOTOGRAPHY SESSION AT THE IPOH HIGH COURT ON 12 FEBRUARY 2026

We refer to our earlier circulars regarding the Official Photography Session with the Right Honourable Chief Justice of Malaysia, which was scheduled for 11.00 a.m. on 12 February 2026.

We wish to inform Members that the session proceeded earlier than the scheduled time. Although the time indicated by the Court was 11.00 a.m., the Right Honourable Chief Justice arrived earlier than expected. The Timbalan Pendaftar of the Ipoh Court, acting under the instructions of the High Court Justices, directed that the photography session proceed earlier so as not to cause any delay or inconvenience to His Lordship.

For clarity, an official WhatsApp reminder was sent earlier that morning requesting Members to be present at the High Court lobby by 10.40 a.m. The final official photograph was taken at approximately 10.45 a.m.

We apologise for any inconvenience caused and thank Members for their understanding and cooperation.

Members are further informed that, upon confirmation from Kok Kin Photo Studio, the framed official photographs will be made available at RM100.00 per copy, being the price quoted by the studio. Further details on collection arrangements will be communicated once confirmed.
