The above matter refers.

Kindly be informed that the Bar Council Advocacy Training Committee is excited to present Criminal Trial Advocacy Course (CTAC).

The details for the course are as follows: 

Date : 26 Sept 2026 – 27 Sept 2026 (Saturday & Sunday)

Time : 8:45 am to 5:00 pm (26 Sept)

           10:00 am to 5:00 pm (27 Sept)

Venue : Ipoh Court Complex

The Perak Bar Committee has agreed to subsidise a selected number of Members of the Bar to attend this CTAC. The subsidy is for the registration fee only and will not cover accommodation and travel.

In addition, the registration fee is subsidised by RM150.00 for Pupils in Chambers and Young Lawyers (seven (7) years and below in practice).

TAKE NOTE: 

• Payments must be made via the Google Form. Participants are required to upload the proof of payment upon completion of the transaction. Closing date for registration is 28th August 2026.

• Selected participants will be required to attend the entire full two days of the trainings, failing of which participants will be requested to refund the said registration fees subsidised by Perak Bar.

• Members who have been in practice for more than seven (7) years are kindly click here to register directly through the Malaysian Bar.
