RE: THE LATE MS. JASBIR KAUR A/P MINDER SINGH OF MESSRS JASBIR & ASSOCIATES

Dear Members of the Perak Bar and Pupils in Chambers,

 

With reference to the above matter, the Bar Council has requested assistance from  the  Perak  Bar  Committee to recommend a solicitor who could assist the Bar Council in looking into the files and client account(s) of Messrs Jasbir & Associates, of which the late Ms. Jasbir Kaur was practising at and sole proprietor of. 
 

Therefore, we urgently seek a volunteer from members of the Perak Bar, who is desirous of taking over the files and accounts of Messrs Jasbir & Associates with the purpose to ease to the closure of the firm. The solicitor will be required to take over the files, to operate all the client accounts(s), and to forward the final Accountant’s Report to the Bar Council. Thereafter, the firm will be closed.

Kindly inform the Secretariat the soonest as possible, if you are available to assist in the above matter.
