RE : E-JAMIN

We are made to aware that some states have stopped the usage of e-jamin since 1st May 2025 and have changed to another method for payment of bail. The information given to us indicates that this system is called E-Court Finance. And further, we are made to understand that it may take some time for bailors to get back their bail money under this new system as compared to the current e-jamin.

Upon confirmation with the Perak State Courts namely Ipoh Courts and Taiping Courts, we are made to understand that for the State of Perak, members of the public can still use e-jamin for now until further notice.
