RE: INVITATION TO VOLUNTEER AS OBSERVER FOR SUHAKAM PUBLIC INQUIRY

We refer to the above matter.

The Bar Council has received an invitation from SUHAKAM to participate as an observer in the upcoming Public Inquiry. For your reference, we attach herewith a copy of the invitation letter from SUHAKAM.

In this regard, we would like to invite members of the Perak Bar to volunteer as observers on any of the dates stated in the said letter.

Please be informed that the Bar Council will cover the necessary travel expenses and provide a standard daily allowance of RM150.00 per day for attendance at the Inquiry.
