RE: THE OPENING OF THE CIVIL AND CRIMINAL SESSIONS COURT SERI MANJUNG 

We refer to the above matter.

We attach herewith a circular dated 5.6.2025 from the Pengarah, Mahkamah Negeri Perak as regards the opening of the Civil and Criminal Sessions Court Seri Manjung with effect from 16.6.2025 which will hear matters that falls within the territorial jurisdiction of the Seri Manjung District, Pantai Remis and Sitiawan.

Please take note the said Court will only function every Thursday with the Sessions Court Judges from Ipoh on duty in a circuit.

Therefore, particularly with regards to civil matters kindly ensure compliance with the territorial jurisdiction when filing cases that fall within the jurisdiction of the Seri Manjung District, Pantai Remis and Sitiawan henceforth.
