Kindly be informed that the Late beloved father of Mr. Chan Kok Keong of (Messrs Chan & Associates) passed away peacefully on the 8th June 2019 (Saturday).

The wake service will be held on 9th June 2019 (Sunday) & 10th June 2019 (Monday) at the residence.

The Residence address is No.12, Jalan Lasam, 31350 Ipoh, Perak Darul Ridzuan.

The funeral service will be held on 11th June 2019 (Tuesday) at about 10.00 am at the residence and the cortege will be leaving the residence on the same day to the Buntong Crematorium.
