Further to our circular dated 21.5.2020 on conveyancing matters, kindly be informed that the Perak Bar Committee has received information from the relevant authority at PTG, Perak that effective 1.6.2020, presentation of documents for registration are no longer to be made via online appointment. Instead, members are advised that PTG Perak has begun to accept documents in person , ie through appointed agents/ runners – each agent/runner is allocated a maximum of 20 “perserahan” per day up to a total of 350 per day.

Kindly be guided accordingly.
