1. Operating hours will be 9.00 am to 4.00pm [ Monday to Friday ]. Changes to operating hours will be revisited after 4th February 2021.
2. No visitors are allowed into the secretariat. Members are advised to contact the secretariat vie phone call [ 05-2415457 ], via fax [ 05-2537590 ] or via email [ perakbar@gmail.com ].
3. Any documents/correspondences which need to be handed over or collected from secretariat shall be placed on the counter table at entrance of the secretariat.
4. For any payments, we would advise members to do an online transfer to Standard Chartered Bank (SCB) , Acc no : 341110400532 and email the receipt for reference to secretariat.
5. No meetings, seminars and disciplinary committee proceedings are allowed until further notice.

3. Only 1 member is allowed to use the computer room to do online research and limited to 2 hours per day.
4. Meanwhile, 2 members are allowed to use the book section at a time.
5. Members who wish to use the library facilities will be screened for temperature at the entrance. Anyone with temperature reading above 37.5° will not be allowed. Details of members will also be recorded. Members must wear mask at all time. The secretariat will provide mask, if needed.
6. For copying services, our staffs will assist.
