The  Conveyancing Sub Committee of the Perak Bar Committee invites members to provide feedback, comments and suggestions on any matter to be taken up officially with the relevant authorities above mentioned.

In particular, it is noted that the recent implementation of the e-Tanah system has raised a host of problems and the Sub Committee is aware of same. We have received  several  feedback from some members on this matter and intend to compile a comprehensive list of the issues to be presented to the Pengarah, as soon as possible. Therefore, it is appreciated if your concerns are made known to us , in all haste.
