1.    ONLINE MEDIATION TRAINING PROGRAMME
 

Please be informed that the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC) in collaboration with the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) will be conducting Online Mediation Training Programme (“course”) which is scheduled to take place on 6th March – 9th March 2023 (Module 1) and on 13th – 16th March 2023 (Module 2).
 
This practical and intensive course is designed to prepare participants to mediate the most complex disputes to the highest standards concerning land, property, construction and infrastructure matters.

 
This course is intended for those in the APAC region and is available at the full price listed below :-

2. AIAC INSURANCE ARBITRATION WORKSHOP
 
AIAC is conducting its first-ever Insurance Arbitration Workshop to stimulate discussions on insurance disputes in the arbitration realm and vice versa.
 
The Workshop will take place as follows:
 
Date   :  21st March 2023
Time  :  8.30 a.m. – 4.00 p.m. MYT (GMT+8)
Venue : Regent Auditorium, AIAC
Registration Fee: RM 80.00
 

The Workshop will run in three sessions, each discussing topics including the Insurance and Re-Insurance in Arbitration, Insurance Arbitration Clauses as well as the Drafting of Insurance Arbitration Decisions.
