RE: ADJOURNMENT OF CASES – IPOH HIGH COURT

Dear Members and Pupils in Chambers,

Further to the Movement Control Order dated 16-3-2020 and Circular from the Chief Registrar’s office on 17-3-2020, all courts will be closed from 18^th March to 31^st March 2020. We urge members to refer to Bar Council Circular No. 063/2020 for further information.

We are informed by Puan Zulyana Binti Zollkapli, Deputy Registrar of Ipoh High Court that cases fixed before the TPs and SARs within the period of time will be rescheduled as below :

We are also been informed by Puan Geetha Jora Singh, the Deputy Registrar in-charge of YA Tuan Anselm’s Court that all matters scheduled within the same period of time before YA are vacated. New dates will be fixed after 1^st April 2020.
