RE : REQUEST FOR FEEDBACK ON ISSUES PERTAINING TO STATE PROSECUTION

We refer to the above matter.

The Perak Bar Committee will be having a courtesy call with the Director of the State Prosecution on the coming 09.04.2025.

In light of the above opportunity to meet, we would like to seek feedback from members on any difficulties faced in court with regards to criminal matters in order for us to raise these issues during the courtesy call and hopefully arrive at an amenable solution which will be acceptable to all parties.
