RE: MEDIATION AWARENESS DAY 2026 – “RESOLVING DISPUTES THE SMARTER WAY” @ 10 JULY 2026 (FRIDAY)

The Perak Bar Mediation Centre is pleased to invite Members and Pupils-in-Chambers to our upcoming Mediation Awareness Day 2026 themed “Resolving Disputes the Smarter Way”.

This programme is organised with the objective of promoting greater awareness and understanding of mediation as an effective, practical and cost-efficient mechanism for dispute resolution.

As mediation continues to play an increasingly important role within the legal landscape, this programme will provide legal practitioners and pupils with valuable insights into the mediation process, advocacy in mediation proceedings and the practical advantages of resolving disputes amicably and efficiently. Attendance at this programme will also assist practitioners in enhancing their knowledge on mediation as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism, broadening their professional competencies and better advising clients on alternative dispute resolution mechanisms.
