RE : INTERNATIONAL MALAYSIA LAW CONFERENCE FROM 27 TO 30 OCTOBER 2026

We refer to the above matter.

Kindly be inform The Malaysian Bar is pleased to announce the return of the International Malaysia Law Conference (IMLC) 2026, which will be held from 27 to 30 October 2026 at MITEC, Kuala Lumpur. With the theme “Maintaining Core Principles in a Time of Change”.

The Perak Bar Committee invites lawyers who are in practice not exceeding 7 years and pupils in chambers to grab the opportunity to attend the Conference where a number of seats for registration are up for sponsorship by the Perak Bar Committee. The sponsorship covers the conference registration fee only. All other expenses, including travel and accommodation, shall be borne by the successful applicants.

The registration deadline has been extended. Members who are interested in attending the Conference are invited to submit their applications via the registration form below on or before 15 July 2026.

Successful applicants will be selected at the discretion of the relevant Perak Bar Committee members, and the decision of the Committee shall be final. Please note that all successful applicants are compulsorily required to provide a written report to the Perak Bar Committee on the attendance at the 3 day Conference.
