The above matter refers.

(A) PRESENTATION OF INSTRUMENT

PTG has informed us that effective from 08.03.2022, members may walk-in to present any instrument of land dealings and non-dealings for presentation at registration counters up to a maximum of 50 (fifty) presentation per day per firm.

For firms which have more than 50 presentations, as the case may be, members may apply in writing to PTG to schedule an appointment date for presentation. 

For firms which have currently applied and/or secured an appointment dates via e-tanah system, you may also walk-in to present the documents at the PTG registration counter subject to the above stated conditions. 

The counters operational hours are as follows :

Monday – Thursday

(a)   8.30 am   –  1.00 pm

(b)   2.00 pm  –  4.00 pm

Friday

(a)   8.30 am  – 12.15 pm

(b)   2.45 pm – 4.00 pm

(B) UPDATED FORMAT OF CKHT FORMS

Please take note of the updated format of current CKHT forms 1A, 2A, 3A and 502.

CKHT unit has confirmed that they will still accept submission of old forms, in the event where the clients’ signatures have been procured.
